What this site does with your information.
This page describes the INDinfra marketing site at indinfra.in. It is the privacy notice for the waitlist and the analytics on this site. It is not a description of a product that stores infrastructure data, because that product is not operating yet.

Who this notice is from
This site is operated as INDinfra. The contact for privacy requests is indinfra.ai@gmail.com. A registered company name and address are not published here, because none has been recorded for this site.
What we collect
The waitlist asks for a work email. Name, company, role and primary interest are optional. Role and interest are chosen from fixed lists. We do not ask for a phone number, and we do not ask you to describe a site or a project in the form.
Why we collect it
The email, and any name or company you add, is used to tell you when access to INDinfra opens and to reply if you write to us. Role and interest are used to understand which kinds of teams are signing up. We do not sell this information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Where it is stored
Waitlist details are stored as person properties in PostHog, on PostHog US Cloud (https://us.i.posthog.com). There is no separate database on this site. The email is not used as the analytics identifier, so it is not attached to later page events as an event property.
Analytics, cookies and session replay
PostHog records page views, clicks on the main calls to action, waitlist steps, approximate location derived from IP, the referring site, and campaign parameters that are already in the page address. A person profile is created when you submit the waitlist, not merely by browsing. Session replay is on so we can see where the page is confusing. Every form field is masked in those recordings. PostHog sets a first-party cookie to keep a session together. We do not run advertising pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details while we are using them to contact people about access to INDinfra. We delete them when you ask, or when we stop operating the waitlist. There is no separate fixed term such as a number of months.
Asking for access or deletion
Email indinfra.ai@gmail.com and say what you want changed or deleted. Use the same address you put on the waitlist if you can, so we can find the record. We will delete the person record in PostHog that holds that email.
